Repeat Medication Requests

Under Queensland legislation and veterinary professional standards, we can only prescribe medications if your pet has been examined recently by one of our vets. This ensures treatments remain safe and appropriate.​ As a guide, pets on ongoing medications require a health check every 6 months with a veterinarian, although some conditions may need more frequent monitoring.

All repeat medication requests are reviewed by our veterinarians. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Some medications may need to be specially ordered and can take longer.
